Return policy

This policy applies to physical goods purchased directly from the studio. Digital excerpts shared free of charge do not create return obligations.

Eligibility window

You may initiate a return within thirty calendar days of delivery unless the item is marked final sale at checkout. The day of delivery counts as day zero.

Condition of goods

Items should ship back in their original packaging when possible. Light wear from inspection is acceptable; substantial damage or missing components may reduce refund amounts.

How to start

Email the studio using the address on the contact page with your order identifier and reason for return. We reply with a return merchandise authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds

After the package arrives and passes inspection, we issue refunds to the original payment method within ten business days. Shipping fees are refunded only when the error originated on our side.

Exchanges

Size or color exchanges depend on stock levels. We may suggest a refund if a replacement cannot ship promptly.
